Zettle Terminal - Connecting to WiFi

  1. Connecting the Zettle Terminal to Wi-Fi
  2. Turn on your Zettle Terminal
  3. Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
  4. Wait for it to boot up fully.
  5. Open the Settings menu
  6. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the quick settings panel.
  7. Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon.
  8. Select Wi-Fi
  9. Tap “Network & Internet” or “Wi-Fi” (depending on your software version).
  10. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON.
  11. Choose your Wi-Fi network
  12. A list of available networks will appear.
  13. Tap the name of your Wi-Fi network.
  14. Enter the Wi-Fi password
  15. Type in your network password carefully.
  16. Tap Connect.
  17. Confirm connection
  18. Once connected, you’ll see a Wi-Fi icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  19. You can test the connection by opening the Zettle app or performing a test transaction.

Make sure your Wi-Fi has a strong and stable signal (2.4GHz network preferred).
Avoid guest or public networks that require browser logins.
If your network uses enterprise or hidden SSIDs, you can manually enter the network name and password under Wi-Fi settings.
If the connection fails, try restarting the terminal and your router.
