By default, the barcode is set to Basic Mode. To use thr barcode scanner and keyboard at the same time in your required POS app, you need to set the scanner to Application Mode.
To do so, scan the following barcode. The scanner will beep three times to indicate that it has changed modes.
On your iPad, navigate to Settings > Enable Bluetooth
Under other Devices, tap on the barcode scanner and wait for it to pair. Once the process is complete, the barcode scanner is going to be displayed as Connected and the Bluetooth light on the scanner will become solid.
If you have paired the wrong scanner, press and hold the Scan button followed by the Power button, in order to reset the scanner.
Release the buttons, then press the power button again to turn the scanner back on.
In order to connect the scanner to another ipad ,turn the scanner on and the Bluetooth light will blink quickly if the scan is discoverable
