1. Prepping The Hardware

1. What’s needed:

• An up-to-date computer to act as a deployment server

• An ethernet switch and suitable cables (Cat6 or better)

• Storage drives to store images and create bootable drive such as SSD and NVME drives

• Deployment software. In this case - Aomei Backupper Technician Plus version

2. Installing AOMEI Backupper Technician Edition

Run installer to install software on the computer/server

It’s highly recommended to give your computer/server a Static IP Address

3. Creating The Share

Create a shared folder on the drive you will be using for storing the images

Make sure to first enable sharing in “Advance Network Settings”

4. Creating The Share

Give the share a name and assign appropriate permissions

Give admin user full control of the share folder/drive
